The Maricopa Community Colleges Staff Association builds its strength through the power of the staff who join together and remain members. Our organization is open to anyone in a Classified Staff position within the Maricopa Community College District.  Our purpose is to promote inclusive shared governance through collaborative policy development, processing grievances for members, and other member benefits. Only a unified, strong voice for the Classified Staff can realize this purpose.
